Byzantine lead seal of Basileios officer

Obverse: Saint Basileios (the Great) standing, facial, nimbate, wearing prelate's garments, blessing by his right and holding the book of Gospels in his left, sigla, Ο/Α/ΓΙ/Ο(C)-[R]ΑCΙΛ[ΕΙΟ]C (Saint Basileios), no visible border.
Reverse: Inscription in 5 lines (first missing), [ΟΜΩ]/[Ν]ΥΜΟΥΝ/[Τ]ΙΤΗΝ ΧΑ/ΡΙΝΔΙΔΟΥ/ΠΕΡ = Ὁμωνυμοῦντι τὴν χάριν δίδου πάτερ (Oh father [saint Basileios], deliver the holy Grace to me that I bear your name), dotted border.
Note: The inscription on reverse consists a twelve-syllable iambic verse.
