About us

biddr is a modern auction platform and serves as an interface between auction houses and bidders. Our aim is to make auctions accessible to a broad audience worldwide and at the same time to make it easier for bidders to participate in auctions. In doing so, we rely on modern technologies and a secure, reliable and user-friendly service.

The platform

biddr was founded in 2015 and has been the fastest growing online auction platform ever since. Our services range from the acceptance of written bids prior to an auction (so-called pre bids) over offering a complete auction system for online auctions to the broadcasting of room auctions via the Internet (live bidding).

The company

biddr.com is operated by biddr AG, an independent corporation based in Switzerland (Root, Lucerne). In order to guarantee the integrity and independence of our services and platform, auction houses are not involved in biddr AG nor do our employees hold shares in auction houses. In addition, we attach great importance to data protection and the privacy of our users (see privacy policy).
