Obverse: Saint Basileios (the Great) standing, facial, nimbate, wearing prelate's garments, blessing by his right and holding the book of Gospels in his left, sigla, Ο/Α/ΓΙ/Ο(C)-RΑCΙΛ[ΕΙΟ]C (Saint Basileios), dotted border.
Reverse: Inscription in 5 lines following decorative pattern, ΟΜΟΝΥ/ΜΟΥΝΤΙΤ,/ΜΑΚΑΡCΙΝ/ΔΙΔΟΥΠΕΡ/ΧΕΙΡΑ = Ὁμωνυμοῦντι, τρισμάκαρ, σὴν δίδου, πάτερ, χεῖρα (Thrice-blessed father [saint Basileios] give a helping hand to me that I bear your name), dotted border.
