Obverse: Saint Basileios (the Great) standing, facial, nimbate, wearing prelate's garments, blessing by his right and holding the book of Gospels in his left, sigla, Ο/Α/ΓΙ/Ο(C)-RΑCΙΛ[ΕΙΟ]C (Saint Basileios), no visible border.
Reverse: Inscription in 8 lines, not completely legible, +ΩΜ[ΩΝΥ]/ΜΩCΩΤΩ/[ΠΑΡ]ΑΚΟΙΜΕ/[ΝΩ].ΙRΑCΙΛ[ΕΙ]/[ΩΠΡΟ]ΕΔΡΩΔΟΥΚ/ΑΝΕΥCΟΝ/ΤΡΙCΜΑΚ/ΑΡ = ([Saint Basileios] trice-glorious help your homonymous and leaving near you Basileios proedros and doux), dotted border.
Note: It's possible that by the word παρακειμένῳ (being near you) the owner would like to stress that his residence was nearby a church (?) devoted to Saint Basileios.
