Cartersville, Georgia. Bartow County. 1866 $10. PMG Very Fine 30.
No. 41. November 1, 1866. Imprint Franklin Printing House, Atlanta. A large format note that is well styled with red titles, protectors and wholesome wagon vignette. This scrip paid 7% interest three years afterwards. Four justices of the inferior court signed at left. PMG cites "Annotation," which are merely endorsement entries on the back of the note. The only example we have sold was a similar grade and it realized over $1,000 more than a dozen years ago.
