Cambodia National Defense Medal 1981 - 1994
Awarded by the Peoples Republic of Cambodia/Kampuchia by the Vietnamese backed regime installed after the Khmer Rouge were driven into the jungles in 1980. The short lived Peoples Republic issued a series of Vietnamese inspired awards and fielded an army of about 30,000. Made of stamped brass and painted red, the reverse is blank. Condition III.
