THRACE. Aenus. Ca. 280-250 BC. AR tetradrachm (30mm, 16.64 gm, 5h). NGC Choice XF 5/5 - 3/5. Early posthumous issue in the name and types of Lysimachus of Thrace. Diademed head of deified Alexander III right, with horn of Ammon; dotted border / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ, Athena enthroned left, Nike crowning royal name in outstretched right hand, resting left arm on shield decorated with lion head boss, transverse spear beyond; TAPN monogram in inner left field, EP monogram in exergue.
