Bavaria. Maximilian III Joseph Taler 1768 UNC Details (Cleaned) NGC, Munich mint, KM519.1, Dav-1953, Schön-99, Hahn-307. A trademark Bavarian issue, which, despite its noted past cleaning, shows practically none of the usual adjustment marks which typically harshly criss-cross the Madonna and Child. Admirably struck, and still an enviable type representative. Ex.
