Obverse: Mother of God standing in profile to right in praying posture before manus Dei (blessing hand of Christ), nimbate, wearing chiton amd maphorion, sigla ΜΡ-[ΘV] (Mother of God), dotted border.

Reverse: Inscription in 5 lines, ΗCΦΡ/[Α]ΓΙ,ΕΙΜΙ/[ΤΩΝ]ΓΡΑΦ/[ΩΝ].ΩΙ/[..]ΟΥ (I am the seal of the writings of ...), dotted border.

Note: The inscription on reverse consists a twelve-syllable iambic verse.
