Obverse: Bust of saint Basileios, facial, nimbate, in prelate's garments, blessing by his right and holding the book of Gospels with his left, sigla Ο(ΑΓΙΟC)-ΒΑ(CΙΛΕΙΟC) (Saint Basileios), no visible border.
Reverse: Inscription in 4 lines, +ΚΕΒΟ/ΗΘΗΒΑCΙΛ/ΑΝΘΥΠΑ/ΤΟC = Κύριε, βοήθει Βασίλειος ἀνθύπατος (Lord help Basileios anthypatos), traces of dotted border.
