Ancient Roman Imperial Coins - Diocletian (under Carausius) - London - Pax Antoninianus
292-293 AD. Issued by Carausius, London mint. Obv: IMP C DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG legend with radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Rev: PAX AVGGG legend with Pax standing left holding olive-branch and sceptre; S - P in fields, mintmark M L XXI in exergue. RIC v(ii), p.552, 9; C.377; Sear 12690 (and note"). 4.94 grams. .
