Description
Iron Age Celtic Gold Ring
1st century BC-1st century AD. A gold finger ring comprising a D-section hoop, bezel formed as two bulbs with lateral spurs and a transverse collar. 7.13 grams, 20.21mm overall, 16.94mm internal diameter (approximate size British M 1/2, USA 6 1/4, Europe 13.09, Japan 12) (3/4"). Property of a gentleman; acquired in the late 1960s-early 1970s.
Very fine condition.
