Viking Age Silver Pendant with Crystal Magnifier
9th-11th century A.D. Displaying a ropework border enclosing a polished rock crystal magnifier; applied suspension loop with a separate coiled hoop. See Thunmark-Nylén, L., Die Wikingerzeit Gotlands II: Typentafeln, Stockholm, 1998, pl.170, items 15-20, for type.3.8 grams, 47mm (1 3/4 in.).
