Macedonia - Alexander III (the Great) - AR Tetradrachm. 330-327 B.C. Ake, Phoenicia mint. Obv: head of Herakles right, wearing lionskin headdress. Rev: ALEXANDROY legend with Zeus seated left, legs parallel, holding eagle and sceptre; O beneath throne. Price 3244; Demanhur hoard 3805-3866; Newell, Ake 6. 17.01 grams. Ex UK private collection.
