Tribal Spice Mortar and Pestle. 20th century A.D. A wooden pestle and mortar set: the pestle with columnar handle and drum-shaped head; the mortar hollowed from a block with flat base and rim, two iron wire reinforcing hoops. 683 grams total, 14-20.5 cm (5 1/2 - 8 in.)
