Parthian Silver Horse Harness Pendant with Face Hanger. 3rd century B.C.-2nd century A.D. A silver horse harness pendant composed of an oval-shaped medallion with elusive markings to one face, a stylised head-shaped mount above, attachment stud to reverse. 14.5 grams, 61 mm (2 3/8 in.) Acquired before the early 1970s. Ex London, UK, gallery. Property of a London gentleman.
