MAGNA GRAECIA. CALABRIA, TARENTUM.
Silver Nomos, circa 302-280 BC.
Philiarchos, magistrate. Obv: nude youth on horse standing right, crowning horse's head; ΣΑ to left, [ΦΙΛI-APXOΣ] in two lines below. Rev: Taras astride dolphin left, holding bunch of grapes; ΤΑΡΑΣ behind, ΑΓΑ below.

Good Very Fine; areas of weakness, beautifully centred on the flan.
