UMAYYAD OF SPAIN: al-Hakam II, 961-976, AE "dirham" (2.95g), Madinat al-Zahra, AH357, A-352B, struck from carefully engraved dies, without the name of 'Amir found on normal silver dirhams of 357, weak reverse, squarish flan, XF, RR. This type of copper or billon "dirhams" are likely the earliest issues of the handus, produced in Spain for nearly 200 years to serve as fractional denominations.
