Wonderful specimen from Lebanon, seen here with the first (1945) date. Lovely French-printed design with fantastic pastel color, with all zero serial numbers and a single "SPECIMEN" perforation. A type that is not seen often in issued form, specimens such as this are not exactly common either, and remain much in demand. This example with fresh originality and eye appeal and destined for an advanced Middle Eastern or French-Printed collection. Just four examples presently grade finer in the PMG population report.
