Third and final specimen of this Series A promissory notes, issued by the Treasury of Estonia and used to finance the early years of the country's independence after World War I. Payable for 4 1/2% interest. Complete with counterfoil at left with some light handling accounting for the technical grade. Like the two previous lots this is the sole example of this variety in the PMG population report. We have seen very few of these promissory notes in the marketplace (and none of this "Series A") and expect to see spirited bidding on this extremely rare trio of notes.
