PERU. "Royal" Presentation Cob 8 Reales, 1704-L H. Lima Mint. Philip V. PCGS Genuine--Holed, EF Details.
KM-R34; Cal-1255; Lazaro-14. Weight: 26.48 gms. This Royal issue from Lima is a VERY RARE find. While prominently holed at 12 o'clock and struck off-center, the coin offers bold central detail and an almost full peripheral date on the obverse. The reverse is better centered, with a full cross and legible denomination, mint, and assayer at its ends. Deep cabinet toning enhances the regal allure of this special presentation striking.
