New York, New York. Park Bank. 1862 $2. Haxby 1865-002-G4c. PMG Very Fine 30.

A great Manhattan title imprinted Rawdon, Wright, Hatch, & Edson, New York with "ABC" monogram. It features City Hall with park in the foreground as the main vignette, a girl at lower right, and an eagle with shield at lower left. The back is a vibrant red with hints of orange depicting the City Hall park fountain with gathered people. A wonderful note replete with plenty of character.
