1739 Admiral Vernon Medal. Porto Bello with Vernon's Portrait and Icons. Adams-Chao PBvi 26-PP, M-G 136. Rarity-5. Pinchbeck. MS-62 (PCGS).

27.1 mm. Handsome medium golden-brown dominates, although we note splashes of deeper steel-olive and deep rose over the upper two-thirds of the obverse. Minor roughness is associated with the darker color, but the in-hand appearance is smooth in the absence of troublesome marks. Sharply struck and crisp.
