While the globes and columns remain sharp, slight softness is observed in the corresponding shield and perhaps prevents an even finer grade. As it is, VERY SCARCE in this MS-63 designation, presently tied with two examples (of the plain date variety) with just three certified finer at either NGC or PCGS.
