Fr. 1968-J. 1963A $5 Federal Reserve Note. Kansas City. PCGS Currency Choice New 63 PPQ. Fancy Serial Number.
This cataloger sold this $5 note to the consignor for $2800 in the fall of 2012…..where it has resided in his collection ever since. There is no prior record of a sale at www.TrackandPrice.com. Five dollar "Ten Millions" are multiples rarer than their $1 counterparts. Now that this note has come out of hiding after 12 years, it should realize a hefty premium above its last sale price.
