No. 2607 Plate D, printed by Keatinge & Ball in Columbia, SC, features a July, 1863 stamp at the left. This Lucy Pickens $100 note is impressively printed, with exceptional centering, making it one of the finest examples known. It shares this distinction with five other notes, with none finer. PMG Pop 6/None Finer.
