NJ-185. New Jersey. June 9, 1780. $2. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
No. 2147. Signed by P. Dickinson and D. Brearley. Guaranty signed by J. Borden on verso. Printed by Hall and Sellers. A note guaranteed by the United States with a diamond-shaped red inset over the "TRIBULATIO DITAT" emblem on the back. Four full and clear borders on both sides with outstanding black printing and bright crisp paper. Among the finest - most average Extremely Fine or so. The only uncirculated June 1780 New Jersey $2 note graded by PMG. PMG Pop 1/None Finer.
