Obverse: Pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and shield decorated with horseman motif; Reverse: Constantinopolis, with head right and holding scepter and victoriola, seated facing on throne; CONOB. A well struck and interesting type, this example lacks an officina mark, which is a fairly SCARCE occurrence. Quite lustrous and enchanting.
