Printed signature of J.M. Courtney at right. Penned signature at left. Printed by BABN. Repeater serial number of 432432. Portrait vignettes of Marchioness of Lansdowne, with Marquis of Lansdowne at right. On the reverse at center, Jacques Cartier is depicted arriving at Quebec. An elusive catalog number, which is the first example we have offered since our April 2009 Auction, and only the second example we can recall handling in our lengthy auction history.
