Fr. 231. 1899 $1 Silver Certificate. PCGS Banknote About Uncirculated 55.
A Black Eagle $1 displaying virtually no trace of circulation or use. A former appearance in a 2019 sale noted a light off-center vertical fold, but it is difficult to detect in the present holder. The Napier-Thompson signature combination is the toughest to find on these Black Eagle Aces as well. PCGS Banknote notes it is "Ex. Q. David Bowers."
