CC-76. Continental Currency. April 11, 1778. $20. PMG Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ.
No. 105142. Signed by W. Hardy and E. Ryves. Printed by Hall and Sellers, 1778. A second note from sheet #105142, and the highest-graded of the three. Simply outstanding in all respects, with large, evenly-balanced margins exhibiting ideal centering, fine print quality and paper and a dramatic "Buttercup" nature print on the back. The only uncirculated $20 from the Yorktown issue graded by PMG confirming PCGS Currency's earlier grade of 67 PPQ. Destined for a world-class collection of Colonial Currency. Ex. Eric P. Newman.
