Description

CC-17. Continental Currency. November 29, 1775. $7. PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.
No. 81240. Signed by A. Bunner and W. Webb. Printed in Philadelphia by Hall and Sellers, 1775. Four full margins. Original lightly-toned paper and dark printing, particularly on the emblem at left depicting a storm at sea with the word "SERENABIT" (It Will Calm Down) above. Bold, sharp signatures and near perfect centering on the back make this a most attractive note. One of only two 65 EPQs graded by PMG, with none graded higher. PMG Pop 2/None Finer.
From the Mid-Continent Collection.

Estimate: $2000.00- $3000.00
