HGC-7, 399; SNG BM Black Sea-1485. Dionysi(os), magistrate. Obverse: Head of nymph left, with hair in sakkos; Reverse: Sea-eagle standing left, wings spread, on dolphin left; ΔIONYΣ[I] behind eagle's wings. Well centered and most attractively toned, this charming specimen exhibits a sharp strike with just a slight degree of wear across the high points.
