ATTICA. Athens. AR Tetradrachm (16.74 gms), ca. 353-294 B.C. NGC Ch EF, Strike: 5/5 Surface: 3/5.
HGC-4, 1599; Kroll-Unlisted. Obverse: Helmeted head of Athena right, with profile eye and pi-style palmette; Reverse: Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent to left. Sharply struck, this piece has some attractive cabinet tone and is sure to be a wonderful addition to any collection.
