Grove-Unlisted. Diameter: 49mm; Weight: 36.97 gms. By C. Ocampo. Obverse: Busts of Pope Leo XIII, Archbishop Prospero Maria Alarcon y Sanchez de la Barquera, and Archbishop Pelagio Antonio de Labastida y Davalos left, each wearing zucchetto; Papal coat-of-arms below; Reverse: The venerated image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Edge : Plain. A few light stains and darker areas, but an otherwise wholesome and problem-free example of this difficult type crossing the areas of the papacy and Mexico. Brilliant and rather attractive.
