This is an exceptionally attractive example of this key date Walking Liberty half dollar issue. Speckled olive and russet peripheral highlights are more extensive on the reverse, with both sides exhibiting dominant toning in softer pearl gray. Well struck for this challenging issue, we note sharp definition to most features, as well as emerging detail to Liberty's right (facing) hand and the feathers at the junction of the eagle's breast and trailing leg. Fully Choice Mint State, this coin is remarkably well preserved for an issue that can be difficult to locate even in the finer circulated grades.
