60 mm. Both sides with rich mahogany-brown patina. Several spots in the obverse field and wispy marks in the reverse field explain the assigned grade. According to Julian (as noted in Musante, 2016), the U.S. Mint struck 202 examples of this type in bronze between 1860 and 1904.
