BMC-Class LXVI Group I # 945. Weight: 197.3 gms. "Fu xing she ji hui hao wen yin" (Fuxingshe Bank, remittance bank fine silver), Right (upside down): "Guan gong gu she kan" (Inspected by official public assayer She), Left (upside down): "Gong gu shang kan qi" (Checked by public assayer Shang). The outer and central stamps are deeply impressed with crisp calligraphy, though a small void is noticed on the central stamp as is commonly encountered on these issues, and the two added stamps are nicely centered with clear inscriptions making attribution easy. The surfaces display rich old patina with plenty of underlying luster in the protected areas offering much originality.
