"Fu xing qing ji hui hao wen yin" (Fuxingqing Bank, remittance bank fine silver), assay stamp: "Guan gong gu she kan" (Inspected by official public assayer She). This richly toned charming example displays the usual deeply applied central and outer stamps with bold assay marks and minor earthen deposits adding to its originality and overall pleasing appearance. Unfortunately this piece has been pierced on one of the wings, long since filled with earthen deposits. Despite its shortcomings a decent and presentable example great for the collector on a budget looking for interesting types to broaden their numismatic holdings.
