L&M-63g; KM-Y-329; WS-0174-16. Sinkiang variety. A lightly toned and SCARCE type, this fairly well struck issue, with pebbly obverse fields (due to a rusty die) features some patchy dark toning. This toning, mostly on the reverse, is a thin black encrustation that has led to the details designation on the holder.
