Anne (1702-1714), silver Pre-Union Shilling, 1705, plumes in angles, second bust left, Latin legend surrounding, rev. crowned cruciform Pre-Union shields, date either side of top crown, abbreviated Latin legend surrounding, edge milled, 5.89g (S.3588); George III (1760-1820), silver Shilling, 1787, laureate and draped bust right, Latin legend surrounding, rev. cruciform shields with crowns in angles, date below, abbreviated Latin legend surrounding, edge milled, 6.01g (S.3743). Anne Shilling darkly toned with circulation wear, fine; George III Shilling lightly toned with good residual lustre, about extremely fine. (2)
