Description

Moesia, Tomis Æ25. 2nd century BC. Diademed head of great god right / TOMI above eagle standing right, AH monogram (recut?) below; all within oak wreath. SNG Stancomb 274 (this coin); cf. AMNG II, 2407-24 (different monograms); cf. SNG BM Black Sea 301-3 (different monograms); cf. HGC 3.2, 1935 (different monograms). 9.35g, 25mm, 11h.
