SELEUKID KINGDOM. Antiochos II Theos (261-246 BC). Tetradrachm. Laodikeia. Alexandrine types struck in the name of Seleukos I.

Obv: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin.
Rev: ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΣΕΛΕΥΚΟΥ.
Zeus seated left on throne, holding sceptre and eagle. Controls: To left, dolphin left above monogram; monogram below throne.

SC 576.7; HGC 9, 235.

Condition: Very fine.

Weight: 16.36 g.
Diameter: 31 mm.
