SELEUKID KINGDOM. Antiochos III 'the Great' (222-187 BC). Tetradrachm. "Rose" mint, possibly Edessa.

Obv: Diademed head right.
Rev: ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟΥ.
Apollo seated left on omphalos, testing arrow and resting hand upon bow. Control: Rose in left field, monogram in right field.

SC 1121.2a; HGC 9, 447bb.

Condition: Very fine.
