ΜΕΤΑ /API Barley ear with leaf to left; above leaf, poppy-seed pod. HN III 1552. Johnston Class A 3.1 ( same dies ). An extremely rare variation with only one example known to Johnston, currently in BNF in Paris; another was sold in New York Sale XI (2006), 13 = NAC O (2004), 1113; this is the third known example. Very fine.
