Description
SICILY. Kamarina. Circa 420-405 BC. Tetras or Trionkion (Bronze, 15 mm, 3.23 g, 11 h). Head of Athena to left, wearing crested Attic helmet ornamented with wing. Rev. KAMA Owl standing to left, head facing, clutching lizard in talons; in exergue, three pellets. CNS 33. HGC 2, 548. SNG ANS 1229. Westermark & Jenkins 198. Good very fine.
