Charioteer driving quadriga to left, holding reins in both hands; above, Nike flying to left, crowning the horses; below, Ketos swimming to left. Rev. ΣΥΡΑΚΟΣΙΟΝ Head of Arethusa to right, wearing pendant earring and pearl necklace; around, four dolphins. Boehringer 595 (V294/R403). HGC 2, 1314. Jameson 773 = SNG Lloyd 1337 ( same dies ). Toned. Minor edge splits; old, thin scratch on reverse, otherwise, about very fine.
