Charioteer driving quadriga walking to right, holding goad in his right hand and the reins in both; above, Nike flying left to crown the driver; in exergue, ketos to right. Rev. ΣΥRΑΚΟΣΙΟ - Ν Diademed head of Arethusa to right, wearing pendant earring and pearl necklace; around, four dolphins swimming right. Boehringer 499 (V263/R356). HGC 2, 1312. Jameson 762 = SNG ANS 158 ( same dies ). Toned. Minor areas of roughness on the obverse; minor die rust and light marks on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
