Otacilia Severa, Augusta, 244-249. Antoninianus (Silver, 23.5 mm, 4.38 g, 6 h), Rome, 248. OTACIL SEVERA AVG Diademed and draped bust of Otacilia Severa, on crescent, to right. Rev. SAECVLARES AVGG / IIII Hippopotamus standing to right. Cohen 63. RIC 116b. Lightly toned and well centered. Extremely fine.
