Kovacs - cf. 158 for similar style of the portrait. Unpublished in all major references; well centered with lovely dark glossy patina. Good very fine.
From the collection of Yerets’ Kariatin, Switzerland.
The stylistic similarities of the obverse die with Kovacs 158 can certainly attribute our coin to this series. We thus have a new unpublished denomination of this quite rare type. This coin is die-linked with lot 82 (Kovacs 158) through the obverse die.
